For today, WARFAIR is a private pay only practice. One of the benefits of paying privately is while there are records kept for the practice, none of that information is transmitted by the practice to your health insurance company.

If you want to utilize your out of network benefits, WARFAIR will provide a superbill so that you may request reimbursement from your insurance company for an out of network provider. This will require that a diagnosis be assigned. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. We are also happy to help you identify some other providers who may bill your insurance company as an in-network provider.

Fees are due at the time services are rendered. Missed sessions or late cancellations are charged at the full rate of the scheduled session. Click the menu to view a brief fee schedule for counseling and supervision.
